TRASUMANAR

The quest to grasp the unknown and the reverential relationship with powerful, undefined forces have always been central to human existence. Through rituals, ancient ceremonies, and dreamlike narratives passed down through generations, humanity has sought to transcend its limits. These practices, rooted in the projection of indecipherable sensations and a fascination with the mystical, expose deep-seated fears and primordial instincts that have endured through time, crystallizing doubts and fueling an insatiable craving for knowledge. These themes resonate in “Trasumanar,” a collective journey through the simulacra of fears and desires that accompany humanity in its earthly life.

The term “Trasumanar,” derived from Dante Alighieri’s “Divine Comedy,” encapsulates this journey of transcending human limitations toward a higher, spiritual existence. In “Paradiso” (Canto I, line 70), Dante uses this term to describe the experience of surpassing human nature and approaching a divine state, reflecting our eternal desire to go beyond the human condition.
